Driver Policy
Welcome to RWIT Worldwide LLC’s Driver Policy. This document outlines eligibility, requirements, and guidelines for all drivers and delivery partners.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as a driver for RWIT Worldwide LLC, you must meet the following:
Be at least 21 years of age
Hold a valid driver’s license for your vehicle class
Provide proof of active auto insurance
Maintain a clean driving record (no DUI in the past 5 years)
2. Application & Onboarding
All applicants must:
Submit an online application with personal and vehicle details
Upload valid driver’s license and insurance documents
Undergo background and motor vehicle record checks
Complete our orientation and safety training
3. Vehicle Standards
Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles:
Are well-maintained and in roadworthy condition
Have no visible damage or safety hazards
Are clean both inside and out
4. Professional Conduct
Drivers are expected to:
Be punctual, courteous, and customer-focused
Follow all traffic laws and RWIT Worldwide LLC’s safety guidelines
Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive shipments
5. Performance & Monitoring
RWIT Worldwide LLC monitors delivery times, customer feedback, and safety-related incidents. Repeated non-compliance may result in suspension or termination.
6. Compensation & Payments
Drivers are compensated per delivery or route. Specific rates, schedules, and payment methods are outlined in the driver agreement.
7. Insurance & Liability
Drivers must maintain valid auto insurance. Any incidents or claims must be reported within 24 hours to info@rwitworldwide.com.
8. Termination
RWIT Worldwide LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any driver for:
Violations of safety policies
Breach of contract
Unsatisfactory performance
